Mars is seeking a Trade Promotion Analytics professional to support customer investment strategy by evaluating promotion tactics and building optimization recommendations. You will leverage shopper/consumer insights on price and promotions to deliver selling stories for optimization across customers and channels in the U.S.

Competenze

• Must possess business degree or equivalent.
• Experience in FMCG or consumer goods environment preferred.
• Strong ability to turn insights into opportunities and actionable plans.
• Proficient with data tools and visualization software (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

• Identify and evaluate promotion optimization opportunities.
• Partner with Trade Promotion Managers and Team Lead to drive profitable sales and share growth across the U.S. for assigned channel.
• Execute analyses to support channel- and customer-level promotional strategies achieving sales, share and profitability goals.
• Facilitate strategic conversations with Sales Directors and retailers to evaluate tradeoffs and commercialize opportunities.
