Monster Energy in Corona, CA is seeking a Creative Services Director to lead the day-to-day execution of regional, brand, and media creative projects and to manage a team of Creative Services Managers.

You will partner with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors to drive operational excellence, prioritize work, and deliver high-impact campaigns that align with brand objectives and business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications or a related field preferred.
5+ years leading and developing teams.
7+ years in creative services, marketing operations, or project management.
Experience with media management software, Adobe Creative Suite, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word & Excel, project management software and file transfer software.
Familiarity with AI-enabled platforms and workflows; fluency in AI tools not required.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day execution of regional, brand, and media creative projects for the Americas.
Manage and develop a team of Creative Services Managers.
Partner with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors to drive operational excellence.
Serve as primary intake lead for major campaign briefs and define scope and creative solutions.
Ensure prioritization and delivery of creative initiatives that support brand objectives.
