Job summary

Muckleshoot Casino is seeking an on-site Event Support associate in Auburn, WA. You will assist with setup, packing, and execution of promotional events and gifting activities, requiring physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Prior guest service or event assistance experience is preferred, with on-call shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Benefits include complimentary meals and covered team member parking, along with discretionary bonuses twice a year.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or event assistance experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage the intricate details involved in setting up and executing promotional and gifting events.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the various types of events.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, unboxing, and preparing materials up to 50 lbs.
• On-call role with shifts scheduled based on event needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify MCR’s values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism.
• Unbox, prep, and organize promotional items for gifting events; ensure materials are ready for smooth execution on gifting days.
• Assist in setting up promotional events, ensuring giveaways, signage, and equipment are in place before events begin.
• Distribute promotional items, assist with guest registration, and answer guest questions during events to ensure smooth operation.
• After events, help pack and store remaining materials and restore event spaces to their original state.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure event success and maintain a positive work environment.
