Job summary

Live! Hospitality & Entertainment is seeking a Promotions Coordinator in Philadelphia to manage day-to-day sales strategy activities across promotion, engagement and conversion. You will plan social and promotional events, coordinate with leadership to drive sales, and lead outreach programs across venues.

You will execute SMS campaigns, handle guest communications, and support marketing at events with social media coverage while ensuring data collection and reporting are accurate and timely.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a hospitality and/or sales or marketing setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Savvy in marketing and promotional strategies.
• Highly organized, reliable and can keep collected information secure.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of the sales strategy in the categories of promotion, engagement, and conversion.
• Book, plan and confirm social and promotional parties.
• Work with management to drive sales through strategies and initiatives.
• Lead field marketing activities and promotions for outreach programs.
• Encourage venue staff to drive data collection through online sweepstakes and contests.
• Execute SMS promotional campaigns to drive venue traffic.
• Send follow-ups and confirmation emails to guests.
• Submit weekly sales sheets reports.
• Educate staff on sales initiatives and promotional outings.
• Assist with social event booking including birthdays, bottle service, etc.
• Create and implement social media content/campaigns.
• Monitor analytics to identify viable ideas and optimization opportunities.
• Provide support to the marketing team at events including social media coverage.
