Job summary

Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise seeks a Promotions Specialist to develop and implement guest-focused promotional strategies while ensuring compliance with MICS and internal controls. You’ll coordinate communications, drive database marketing initiatives, and partner with multiple departments to maximize promotional impact across casino properties.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with at least two years in promotions/events or related database marketing, plus the ability to manage budgets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field and relevant promotions/events experience.
• Knowledge of customer loyalty programs and database marketing practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with promotional campaigns and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete information to team members for all promotions.
• Establish and maintain internal/external communications for promotions.
• Drive headcount to properties using database marketing to increase revenue.
• Collaborate with departments to plan, implement and analyze promotions/events.
• Coordinate direct mail, newsletters, and enrollment communications.
• Monitor budgets, P&Ls, and assist in yearly budgeting.
