Presque Isle Downs & Casino in Erie, PA, is seeking a Promotions Coordinator to drive exciting events and promotions for guests on the casino floor and in the office. You’ll bring energy, creativity, and strong guest interaction to a fast-paced environment.

The role requires high school education, prior customer service experience, and ability to obtain Pennsylvania gaming licensing. Excellent communication and organization help ensure promotional success and memorable guest experiences.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent; prior customer service experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain licensing from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with guests and team members.
• Comfort with clerical tasks, logs, and using standard office software.

Aufgaben

• Complete logs and paperwork as required.
• Know events and activities to inform guests and promote amenities.
• Market property amenities and promotions to guests.
• Implement promotions and events per rules and guidelines.
• Make casino announcements clearly and upbeat to guests.
• Assist Casino Hosts with comps, player cards, and account servicing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
