Job summary

Audacy Houston is seeking a Part-Time Promotions Assistant to promote a positive station image and engage listeners. You will support on-site appearances, handle setup/breakdown, prizes, and signage while coordinating with sales and promotions teams.

Ideal candidates are organized, punctual, with strong communication and multitasking abilities, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be organized.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Have intermediate computer and administrative skills.
• Able to work flexible hours, including holidays, weekends and evenings as necessary.
• Video and graphics experience is helpful.
• Must be a self-starter, able to multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
• Must have a positive/upbeat attitude when dealing with customers/listeners.
• Must be 21+ years of age and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned on-site appearances (remotes) and promotional activities; assist with vehicles, equipment, prizes/giveaways, signage; support staff with station promotions inside and outside the station.
• Facilitate, attend, and execute the on-site appearance setup and station visibility.
• Lead on-location activations and promotions to boost audience interaction and engagement.
• Perform other marketing/promotional department duties as assigned by the manager.
