Audacy Hartford is seeking a Part-Time Promotions Assistant to support on-site appearances, remotes, and promotional activities. You will assist with vehicles, signage, prizes, and client activations, helping promote a positive station image.

The role requires organization, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including holidays, weekends, and evenings. A valid driver’s license and MV check are required.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Intermediate computer and administrative skills required.
• Self-starter with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Positive/upbeat attitude when dealing with customers/listeners.
• A valid driver’s license and MV check are required.

Responsabilités

• Execute on-site appearances (remotes) and promotions, including setup/breakdown of vehicles and equipment.
• Assist promotions and sales staff with station promotional activity
• Coordinate on-location activations to boost audience engagement
• Attend and support on-site appearances and signage, and ensure station visibility
• Handle other marketing/promotional duties as assigned by the manager
