About the Role

We're looking for an outgoing and organized Promotions Associate to support promotional campaigns, events, and customer engagement initiatives throughout New York.

In this role, you'll work directly with customers while helping coordinate and execute in-person promotions. You'll provide information about products and services, support campaign activities, prepare promotional materials, and work with the team to ensure each activation runs smoothly.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, working in an active environment, and being part of a team.

What You'll Do

• Support daily promotional campaigns and marketing activities
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide clear information about products, services, promotions, and current offerings
• Answer customer questions and assist with general inquiries
• Support pop-ups, events, community initiatives, and other promotional activities
• Prepare displays, signage, promotional materials, and campaign supplies
• Assist with setup and organization before each activation
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional promotional areas
• Help ensure campaign materials and messaging are presented consistently
• Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant insights to the team
• Track customer engagement, participation, and basic campaign results
• Monitor promotional inventory and restock materials as needed
• Coordinate with team members and campaign leads throughout the day
• Assist with additional campaign and event responsibilities as needed
