Job summary

FF Inc in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an Event Associate to support live events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations throughout the Brooklyn area. Join Our Events Team

We’re hiring an Event Associate to support live events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations throughout the Brooklyn area.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work alongside our events team to prepare event spaces, coordinate on‑site activities, interact with attendees, and help keep each event organized from setup through completion.

If you’re dependable, personable, and enjoy work that keeps you moving and interacting with people, this could be a great fit. Previous event experience is not required, and training is provided.

A Typical Day May Include

  • Preparing materials and supplies for upcoming events
  • Assisting with event setup, signage, displays, and breakdown
  • Greeting attendees and helping create a welcoming event environment
  • Answering questions and providing information about products, services, or promotions
  • Supporting event leads with on‑site coordination and logistics
  • Organizing promotional materials and monitoring inventory
  • Helping manage attendee flow and keeping event areas organized
  • Communicating with team members throughout each event
  • Gathering customer feedback and event engagement information
  • Troubleshooting routine on‑site issues as they arise
  • Ensuring event spaces remain professional and aligned with brand standards
  • Supporting promotional campaigns and community events throughout the Brooklyn area
