Audacy is seeking a part-time Promotions Assistant to support the Promotions & Experiences team in Chicago. The role focuses on event management, on-site execution, and collaboration with the Marketing group to advance promotions and brand initiatives.

The person will assist with setup, tear down, and post-event materials while ensuring compliance with on-site contest rules and company policies. This position requires 21+ and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Pay Transparency: $20.00/Hr. - $20.00/Hr.

Work Arrangement: On-Site

The anticipated starting salary range for Illinois-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $20.00/Hr - $20.00/Hr.

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Audacy is seeking outgoing professionals to support our Promotions & Experiences team in event management, promotions, and integrated marketing in the Chicago Market. Events include entertainment, music, sports, lifestyle and spoken word formats. This is a part-time hourly position.

Required

• Must be 21 or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License with a good record and ability to drive promotional vehicles if needed and/or proof of insurance if the position requires use of the applicant’s own vehicle
• Experience executing marketing/promotions campaigns and events is a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs and/or ladders; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk, hear or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
