Position Overview

The Part‑Time Promotions Assistant will perform a mix of office and field duties to promote Cumulus stations. Responsibilities include event planning and execution, set‑up and breakdown of remote broadcasts, social media posting, prize fulfillment, and assistance with vehicle maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing and executing promotional events and digital campaigns.
• Set up and break down remote broadcasts and events; troubleshoot and resolve issues on the fly.
• Represent stations at events in an upbeat, friendly manner.
• Enter data for promotional events and contests.
• Create e‑blasts, social media posts and website posts; review promotional graphics.
• Maintain inventory of prizes, calendars and event materials.
• Assist the Promotions and Marketing Department with projects as needed in the office.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections, fuel and maintenance; drive station vehicles with attached trailers.
• Store and maintain station equipment.

Pay Range

USD $15.00 – $15.00 /hr.
