Job summary

SHIK Innovation Group is seeking an energetic Event Staff member to support promotional events, customer engagement, and event operations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, adaptable and self-motivated.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous event, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and organizing promotional event areas.
• Engage with customers and prospective customers during events.
• Answer questions and provide helpful information.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Distribute promotional materials and assist with displays.
• Support event setup, operation, and breakdown.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional event environment.
• Support customer engagement and lead generation activities.
• Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees.
• Communicate customer feedback and event observations to team members.
• Support individual and team goals during promotional events.
