Shik Consulting Group is expanding its events team in Washington, DC.

We’re looking for an Event Sales Assistant who enjoys being around people, working in live environments, and creating positive customer experiences. This is a hands‑on, face‑to‑face role where you’ll represent established brands at events, retail activations, and community‑based campaigns.

If you’re outgoing, confident starting conversations, and prefer a role where no two days feel exactly the same, this could be a great entry‑level opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engage with customers at events, pop-ups, retail locations, and promotional activations
• Create a welcoming and positive experience for customers throughout each event
• Introduce customers to featured products, services, and promotions
• Answer questions and provide clear, helpful information
• Guide interested customers through the enquiry and sign-up process
• Help create an energetic, professional atmosphere at live events
• Work alongside the events team to deliver smooth and successful activations
• Contribute to daily team targets and event performance
