Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire life cycle of promotional product projects from inception to delivery, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to source, produce, and deliver customized promotional products.
• Track and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure high quality and efficiency.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues with creative solutions when necessary.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Purchasing, and Graphic designers for seamless execution.
