Job summary

Des Moines Buccaneers are seeking energetic individuals to join the Promo Crew. You’ll help with arena setup, run mini-games, and represent the team at community events throughout the off-season to build excitement and engagement.

Ideal candidates enjoy hockey, crowd interaction, and working evenings or weekends, with a passion for delivering a fun, fast-paced game-night experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Willingness to interact with fans and community members.
• Reliable transportation anywhere in the Des Moines Metro area.
• Some knowledge of hockey, the Buccaneers, and/or sports promotions.
• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and select holidays as needed for games or events.

As a member of the Des Moines Buccaneers Promo Crew, you have a wide range of responsibilities. From assisting on-ice mini-games on gameday to attending community events in the offseason. This position is great for somebody with a passion for working in a fun, fast-paced environment.
