Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate game day plans, in-game entertainment and fan engagement for Des Moines Buccaneers home games & events.
• Run point on game day logistics with arena, security, game night staff and contractors.
• Serve as the lead producer with support from game night staff.
• Coordinate internal production team on in-game assets/content.
• Maintain music library and ensure it stays fresh and current.
• Assist in development of team events and brainstorm theme nights to improve fan experience.
