The Providence Center is hiring a Production Assistant to organize and coordinate printing and mailing projects, using Promail, CNE Printing Systems, and standard office software. You will help meet customer and department timelines through hands-on work and supervision of tasks as needed.
Responsibilities include assembling mailings, processing files in Excel/Word, planning capacity, and maintaining quality standards while building strong relationships with customers and the post office.
The Production Assistant organizes, coordinates and helps process all printing/mailing projects in order meet customers/department timelines. This is done using computer programs, equipment, as well as manual labor when needed.
