Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a remote ProjectWise Resident Consultant to be embedded with the Louisiana Department of Transportation (LADOT). You will provide coaching, training, and administration services for Bentley ProjectWise solutions, ensuring user success and optimal project workflows.

You will collaborate closely with LADOT staff, deliver expert-level guidance, and travel on-site to Baton Rouge as needed, while maintaining a home-based, full-time role within the USA.

Qualifications

• At least five years of ProjectWise administration experience.
• Familiarity with OpenRoads Designer (ORD) and MicroStation is an asset.
• Experience creating training materials or instructional videos is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration, configuration, and optimization of LADOT ProjectWise.
• Deliver expert coaching and training to LADOT staff.
• Provide ongoing technical support and guidance on ProjectWise.
• Travel to the LADOT office in Baton Rouge, LA, as required (onsite visits).

As a Resident Consultant, you will serve as a Bentley ProjectWise solution subject matter expert and be embedded with the Louisiana Department of Transportation (LADOT) for an extended period. In this pivotal role, you will provide ProjectWise coaching, training, support, and administration services related to Bentley ProjectWise solutions.
