Job summary

Bentley Systems seeks a dedicated Resident Consultant to join the LADOT ProjectWise team, embedded within Louisiana DOT for an extended period. You will coach, train, and administer ProjectWise, delivering expert guidance and support.

The role is home-based within the USA with periodic travel to Baton Rouge for on-site visits and collaboration with LADOT staff, ensuring user success and infrastructure project workflows are optimized.

Qualifications

• At least five years of ProjectWise administration experience.
• Familiarity with OpenRoads Designer (ORD) and MicroStation is an asset.
• Knowledgeable in Bentley software workspaces as they pertain to ProjectWise.
• Understanding of infrastructure projects and workflows in transportation.
• PowerShell basic knowledge or experience.
• Background in creating training materials or recording instructional videos.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration, configuration, and optimization of the LADOT ProjectWise environment
• Deliver expert-level ProjectWise coaching and training to LADOT staff
• Provide ongoing technical support and guidance on ProjectWise
• Foster strong user relationships through consistent partnership and collaboration
• This is a full-time, home-based position with full-time collaboration with Louisiana DOT.
• Periodic travel is required to the Louisiana DOT office in Baton Rouge, LA (minimum four on-site visits annually).
• Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer

Position Summary:

Bentley Systems is seeking a talented and dedicated professional to join our successful Resident Consultant Services Team. As a Resident Consultant, you will serve as a Bentley ProjectWise solution subject matter expert and be embedded with the Louisiana Department of Transportation (LADOT) for an extended period. In this pivotal role, you will provide ProjectWise coaching, training, support, and administration services related to Bentley ProjectWise solutions.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience with the Bentley ProjectWise solution, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to user success. Having experience with transportation design and construction workflows, especially as they relate to ProjectWise, is considered an advantage. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a prominent transportation organization.
