Job summary

Bentley Systems, Incorporated is seeking a Resident Consultant to serve as the ORD SME embedded with the Louisiana Department of Transportation. You will coach, train, and configure Bentley ORD for DOT workflows, collaborating with the DOT to tailor statewide training resources.

The role requires ORD and MicroStation proficiency, plus experience in training materials development and on-site visits, with travel to Baton Rouge as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent experience in road design.
• 5 years’ ORD and MicroStation experience.
• Familiarity with drainage, survey, and bridge design.
• Experience configuring Bentley software workspaces and ProjectWise.
• Experience developing training materials and/or recording training videos.

Responsibilities

As a Resident Consultant, you will serve as a Bentley OpenRoads Designer (ORD) solution subject matter expert and be embedded with the Louisiana Department of Transportation for an extended period.
