We are Pegasus Homes Ltd, a vibrant, dynamic business who are proud to design, build, and create high-quality homes with a focus on independent later living for the over 60's. Our current portfolio has some 1100 homes across 40 communities and our developments are beautifully designed offering stunning community living.

As our Projects & Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role within our Central Operations Team. Working closely with the Projects & Mobilisation Manager, you’ll drive property management compliance, maintenance coordination, central communications, and major operational projects across our communities.

  • Reporting & Administration - Collate weekly KPI performance reports, handle insurance claim administration, assist with new starter/leaver processes, and manage central document templates.
  • Project Delivery - Assist with property mobilisations, major works administration, and cross-departmental process improvements.

  • Qualifications - GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent).
