Job summary

AAR in Miami, FL is seeking a Manager, Projects to plan, coordinate and implement cross-functional projects. You will lead project teams, define objectives, prepare plans, monitor performance and ensure quality deliverables.

The role requires a BA/BS or equivalent with extensive experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent required, plus eight years related experience or training.
• Physical demands/Work environment include office setting with ability to sit/stand/move as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulation of project objectives and system development requirements.
• Assist in preparation of project plans and schedules, including requirements, tasks, resources, milestones and reporting.
• Assist in staff selection for the project team based on skill requirements.
• Coordinate project staff and participate in project performance as required.
• Review all work prior to incorporation in product or input to other tasks.
• Provide technical guidance to project staff.
• Report to management on progress, problems and changes.
• Ensure all work and documentation meet department and project standards.
• Fulfill administrative project reporting requirements.
• Assign personnel to various projects and direct activities as directed.
• All other duties as assigned.
