GH Construction is seeking a Projects Manager to oversee multiple residential remodeling projects in Oregon. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage on-site carpenters, and jump in to handle final details to keep milestones on track.

We value honesty, dependability and punctuality, along with strong customer service. The ideal candidate has 5+ years PM experience in residential remodeling and can read blueprints to plan work efficiently.

Qualifications

• Honest, dependable, and punctual.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to plan work in advance, meet project deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the residential construction remodeling industry (within the last 10 years).
• Knowledge of all phases in residential construction (framing, siding, finish work, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Must be able to multitask and work efficiently.
• Delegate tasks to optimize performance.
• Lead 4-5 crew members daily.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Self-starter and understands how to keep projects moving.
• Proficient at problem solving and thinking on your feet.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and building plans.
• Must have a clean valid driver's license.
• Able to pass a background and drug test.
• Willing to work 40 hrs./week, more if needed.

GH Construction is looking to expand with a Projects Manager position. In this position, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, coordinating subcontractors based on a project schedule, managing carpenters on the job and jumping in to help with some final details if needed. We take care of our clients with as little as hanging a picture to adding 1200 sqft to home. This is a high energy multitasking position that is an important part of our company growth. You will be required to be detailed oriented and efficient with your own time and those around you.

Other Details:

• All positions are offered on a 90 day trial basis with a 30 & 60 Day evaluation.
• Compensation depends upon experience.
