The team handles energy and infrastructure transactions across offices, with a focus on project finance, tax equity financings, and development work including construction/EPC contracts and offtake agreements. Openings are available in several major markets, including New York, Washington, D.C., Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles,

Qualifications

Authorized to work in the United States.
3–6 years of transactional experience at a leading law firm.
Focused experience in tax equity and/or project finance transactions, or in project development work (construction/EPC and offtake agreements).
J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic credentials.
Admitted or able to be promptly admitted to the bar in the applicable office location.

Responsibilities

Handle sophisticated, high-profile, U.S. projects and infrastructure transactions as part of a nationally integrated team.
Advise on deal structures, risk allocation, and regulatory considerations across multiple offices.
Collaborate with partners and clients to execute project finance, tax equity, and EPC contracts.
