Job summary

Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 law firm, seeks two mid-level to senior associates for its U.S. projects and infrastructure group.

The team works across offices on energy and infrastructure deals, with a focus on project finance and tax equity financings. Openings are in New York, Washington, D.C., Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles and the Bay Area, with a strong emphasis on high-profile, cross-office transaction teams including construction/EPC contracts and offtake arrangements.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• 3–6 years of transactional experience at a leading law firm.
• Focused experience in tax equity and/or project finance transactions, OR in project development work (such as construction/EPC contracts and offtake agreements)
• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic credentials
• Admitted (or able to be promptly admitted) to the bar in the office location

Responsibilities

• Handle sophisticated, high-profile projects transactions as part of a collaborative, nationally integrated team.
• Work across offices in major U.S. markets including New York, DC, Chicago, Houston, LA and the Bay Area.
