Qualifications

• Focused experience in tax equity and/or project finance transactions, OR in project development work (construction/EPC contracts and offtake agreements).
• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic credentials.
• Admitted (or able to be promptly admitted) to the bar in the office location.
