Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 3–6 years of transactional experience at a leading law firm.
• Focused experience in tax equity and/or project finance transactions, or in project development work (construction/EPC and offtake agreements).
• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic credentials.
• Admitted or able to be promptly admitted to the bar in the applicable office location.

Responsibilities

• Handle sophisticated, high-profile, U.S. projects and infrastructure transactions as part of a nationally integrated team.
• Advise on deal structures, risk allocation, and regulatory considerations across multiple offices.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to execute project finance, tax equity, and EPC contracts.

The estimated salary range for this position is $260,000 – $390,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and other factors. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus.
