Job summary

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Follows the Seven Step Cleaning Procedures and Departmental Floor Care Maintenance Procedures for assigned duties.
• Strips, top scrubs and buffs floors as assigned.
• Maintains carpet cleanliness.
• Cleans corridors and elevators.
• Cleans furniture; upholstered and non-upholstered.
• Moves furniture as requested.
• Performs Service Technician duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Ability to use floor equipment and perform minor mechanical repairs on the equipment.
• Extensive contact with McLaren Oakland visitors, patients, and employees.
