Project Technologist will be responsible for supporting all Tracerco business O&G diagnostic applications in the region, which may include reservoir, petrochemical, refining, or offshore activities.

• Travel to customer sites such as refineries and other plants, assisting Engineers and Project Leaders in data gathering through radiological investigations.
• Climb distillation towers and other process vessels, work with radioactive materials, and generate reports for customers.
• Support the organization by maintaining equipment and organizing shop work areas when not at customer sites.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements, maintaining a non-smoking environment in the workplace and company vehicles. The role is estimated to involve up to 50% office work and at least 50% field work.

Responsibilities

Prior experience or background in technical or industrial-related fields is helpful.

Possess strong technical and mechanical aptitude.

Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability, using gender-neutral and inclusive language.

Qualifications

Post-high school education such as some college, an Associate’s degree, or certification in industrial, technical, or electronics-related fields.

Safety-conscious attitude, computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook), and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent verbal, written, and technical report writing skills in English.

Fast learner, trustworthy, reliable, and able to follow rules and instructions with minimal supervision.

Able to work independently efficiently, with cautiousness and attention to detail.

Willing to travel overnight, sometimes on short notice, and work on a weekend on-call rotation.

Must hold a valid passport or be able to obtain one for international jobs.

Able to pass pre-employment verification including drug testing and background checks.
