Job description

Monday–Friday | FULL TIME | $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial tasks related to cleaning of carpeted, VCT, ceramic/quarry tiled, and concrete floors.
• Apply company‑specific carpet and floor cleaning techniques and adapt to varying assignments.
• Operate floor cleaning equipment and perform routine maintenance.

Requirements

• Physical strength and dexterity: climb stairs, stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and lift up to 75 pounds unassisted on a regular basis.
• Custodian or Floor Technician experience required.
• Previous experience operating floor cleaning equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
