Job Title: Project Tech Lead

Job Overview: Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Project Tech Lead to join our client to drive the delivery of integrated, high-quality technical solutions across multiple healthcare technology initiatives. In this role, you’ll guide architecture and development activities, align technical execution with project goals, and ensure teams deliver scalable, well-structured integrations. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to oversee timelines, resolve issues, and maintain seamless communication throughout the SDLC. This is a contract-to-hire, hybrid position based in Philadelphia, PA.

Compensation

$76.42/hour

Work Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Tech Lead

• Technical Delivery Leadership – Oversee the successful execution of technical components across assigned projects, ensuring integration solutions are aligned, scalable, and delivered on time.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication – Act as the primary technical contact for project leadership, providing updates, clarifying requirements, and aligning expectations across business and technical teams.
• Resource Planning & Project Governance – Manage technical resource planning, monitor burn rates, maintain schedules, and support forecasting to keep projects on track.
• Issue Resolution & Technical Guidance – Lead problem-solving efforts, serve as the escalation point for technical challenges, and drive consistent coordination across development contributors.
• SDLC Documentation & Quality Assurance – Ensure all technical artifacts, documentation, and deliverables meet required standards, supporting compliance across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills for the Project Tech Lead

• Extensive hands‑on experience designing and building APIs using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform or similar middleware integration tools.
• Proven background leading development efforts or serving as a technical lead within complex enterprise projects.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall SDLC practices, with experience using Azure DevOps, TFS, or comparable code management tools.
• Ability to guide technical discussions, manage estimates and scheduling, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with healthcare EDI standards is preferred but not required; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is valued.
