Job summary

DuPont seeks a Project Team Leader to drive capital projects from concept through startup, coordinating engineering, operations, and external partners to deliver safe, on-schedule, and on-budget results. You will lead diverse teams, develop design, procurement, construction, and startup strategies, and ensure governance and compliance while communicating with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or a related technical discipline.
5–10+ years of project management or leadership experience.
Proven track record delivering capital projects up to $10 million.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, and partners across the project lifecycle.
Develop and execute strategies for design, procurement, construction, and startup.
Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk from concept to startup.
Prepare funding requests, forecasts, and economic analyses.
Ensure governance, safety, and compliance with standards.
