Job summary

DuPont is seeking a Construction Manager for North America Capital Projects to lead the construction execution of major capital investments across North America. You will partner with engineering, operations and project leadership to deliver projects that enhance manufacturing capabilities and safety performance.

You will guide front-end loading, constructability reviews, and contractor management, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while meeting schedule and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent construction leadership experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout North America (approximately 50%).

Responsibilities

• Lead Safe and Successful Project Execution across capital projects.
• Own construction safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance.
• Drive contractor performance and manage field activities on site.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering, operations, and safety teams.
• Provide leadership during FEL, contracting, and construction sequencing planning.
• Oversee contract execution, change management, and turnover activities.
• Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly project updates.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent construction leadership experience
