Job summary

Dyno Nobel seeks a Project Manager to lead capital projects and manage the most risky and challenging initiatives. You will ensure capital is invested efficiently and effectively through the project management system across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of project management experience in related industries and a track record of delivering projects >$1M. A BS in Engineering or PMP certification is preferred, with strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering or PMP certification required.
• 5+ years in related industry with proven project management.
• Experience delivering projects > $1M in value.
• Knowledge of process equipment selection.
• Familiarity with automated process control in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects and manage major project teams.
• Ensure efficient capital investment via project management systems.
• Coach site teams and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure PMO compliance and reporting.
• Forecast and control site capital expenditures.
