Qualifications

6+ years of professional leadership or project management experience.
Experience leading teams, projects, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

How You Will Get Here

6+ years experience of relevant professional experience, with demonstrated leadership or project management experience /Supply Chain experience is preferred
Experience leading teams, projects, and cross-functional skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to build effective relationships with team members and stakeholders
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $110,000

Work Requirements

We offer flexible work options, including hybrid arrangements, to support the need of the role and align with company policies. This position is located in Phoenix, AZ and is considered hybrid with 2 days required on-site per month with the option to work fully remote.

You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
Shop floor and office environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
