Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to coordinate people, materials, schedules, and finances to ensure automation projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.

You will lead scheduling, budgeting, billing, and change orders for automation projects, oversee field execution across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work, procure materials and subcontractors, and serve as the primary contact for customers and internal teams to drive

Qualifications

• Experience managing Building Automation or HVAC controls construction projects.
• Strong understanding of DDC/BMS systems and MEP environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Experience with project billing and cost tracking.
