Wood Rodgers, a leading engineering firm, seeks a Project Surveyor in Roseville, CA. You will lead land surveying tasks, prepare ALTA surveys, plats, and legal descriptions, and support mapping projects for public and private clients.

Requirements include five years of land development experience, LSIT, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; PLS preferred. Hybrid coordination and strong problem-solving skills are valued in our collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years of relevant land development experience.
• LSIT required; PLS preferred.
• Experience with GIS and AutoCAD Civil 3D essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor survey projects; instruct field crews.
• Prepare and review ALTA/NSPS surveys, records, maps, and legal descriptions.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to produce drawings; review field notes.
• Compile land title data and perform calculations for surveys.
• Assist with topographic surveys using Trimble tools (preferred).
