Job summary

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is expected; SAP experience is preferred. This role offers exposure to major infrastructure and capital projects within a collaborative, safety‑driven firm.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in construction and project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers and teams with administrative, financial, and technical coordination across multiple projects.
• Assist with data analysis, budget tracking, and preparing reports or presentations to support decision-making.
• Use SAP to create/process purchase requests, purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and accruals; troubleshoot issues.
