Job summary

Vanderlande Industries B.V. in Marietta, GA, seeks a Supply Execution Coordinator to align project planning with supply chain execution.

You will act as the primary contact for the project team, coordinate supply plans, and support procurement, logistics, and installation activities to keep projects on track. The role requires 3+ years in purchasing or supply chain, strong analytical skills with databases, and experience with Excel, Python or SQL and Power BI.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain Purchasing.

Responsibilities

Act as a Supply Chain Center contact for the project team and monitor supply orders.
Identify delays and propose corrective actions to the project team.
Maintain the SCC USA/CAN equipment budget.
Assist during the sales phase to help develop a realistic project supply plan.
Develop a Project Supply Plan with the team to optimize Quality, Logistics, Technology and Cost.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and plan bulk and anonymous material supply.
Maintain a supplier base and enforce contract templates for engagements and services.
Ensure ethical purchasing practices and compliance with safety, regulatory and quality standards.
