Job summary

MP Nexlevel, LLC is seeking a capable supervisor for utility construction projects in Wyoming. The role involves enforcing safety and construction standards, coordinating with the Foreman, managing contract scope, and ensuring timely procurement and documentation. Candidates should have supervisory utility experience and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities include leading crew activities, interpreting blueprints, tracking changes, and maintaining quality and safety compliance on site.

Qualifications

  • High school education or GED required.
  • DOT health card required.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Prior utility construction supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow job specifications.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Enforce all Company, OSHA and other applicable procedures and standards.
  • Set daily production goals and expectations with Foreman of project.
  • Know the contract scope including standard and special provisions, technical specifications, payment and change clauses and scheduling milestones.
  • Track and communicate changes in scope to Project Manager.
  • Purchase essential materials for the job per the PO, up to $500 without pre-approval.
  • Complete all administrative documentation promptly and accurately.
  • Promote the company’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Address customer questions or concerns.
  • Carry out labor and operating duties as needed.
  • Attend safety trainings as required by position.

  • Set daily production goals and expectations with Foreman of project
  • Know the contract scope including standard and special provisions, technical specifications, payment and change clauses and scheduling milestones
  • Track and communicate changes in scope to Project Manager
  • Purchase essential materials for the job per the PO. Authorized, outside of those materials specifically called out in the job estimate, up to $500.00.
  • Complete all administrative documentation in a timely and accurate manner (including safety audits and observations, time entry approval, review redlines, review production, etc)
  • Promptly complete authorization of all invoices, receipts, and fuel charges
  • Involved in the recruitment, hiring, development, and termination of employees on the crew
  • Improve personal, technical, and supervisory skills through personal development plans and offered trainings
  • Represent and promote the company’s mission, vision, and values
  • Address all customer questions or concerns
  • Perform labor and operating duties when needed

Essential Education And Qualifications

  • Previous utility construction experience and supervisory experience
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence
  • Ability to use computers /electronic devices
  • Able to read blueprints and follow job specifications and orders
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint
