Responsibilities include supervising inspectors, coaching staff, developing work instructions, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Local travel to client sites and on-site supervision are expected.

Qualifications

• Team leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience supervising Quality Inspectors or similar roles.
• Ability to train and coach team members effectively.
• Strong communication with customers and building relationships.
• Ability to develop work instructions and oversee project setup.
