Job summary

Centurion Selection, LLC is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial construction projects. Assignments may be located across Texas, Louisiana, the Carolinas and Kansas, requiring travel and staying near project sites.

You will oversee daily site operations, manage subcontractors, schedules, safety and quality from mobilization through final handover. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven Superintendent experience delivering ground-up commercial projects.
• Ability to independently lead a site and hold subcontractors accountable.
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural, MEP and interior construction.
• Excellent scheduling, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations from site work and foundations through finishes and closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections and construction sequencing.
• Maintain the project schedule and weekly look-ahead plans.
• Enforce site safety requirements and quality standards.
• Interpret drawings, specifications and project documents.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, owners, architects and engineers.
• Manage punch lists, final inspections and project turnover.
