Job summary

Novax Recruitment Ltd. seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee projects across the United States.

You will take responsibility for site delivery from initial planning and groundworks through completion and handover, coordinating subcontractors and maintaining safety, quality and progress. Lead daily site operations, manage schedules and resources, and ensure work aligns with drawings, specs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience working directly for a general contractor.
• Proven experience leading complete ground-up commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and coordination across trades.
• Willingness to travel nationally and work away from home.
• A valid driving licence.

Responsibilities
