Job summary

ACUREN is seeking a Project Superintendent to support operations in Borger, TX and surrounding areas. The role focuses on inspection, safety, and quality, coordinating onsite crews and ensuring compliance with safety and QA standards.

Reporting to the Division Manager, you will oversee all crews, manage contract obligations, and drive performance metrics at the customer site. Local candidates preferred and relocation is possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' inspection industry experience.
• Hold industry-related certifications and licenses.
• Mechanical integrity experience required.
• Certified in or familiar with NDT methods; understand strengths and limitations.
• Experience with quality and safety.
• Familiar with current codes and procedures for inspections.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct Acuren crews onsite at the customer site, ensuring compliance with safety, QA, and radiation safety requirements.
• Manage contract maintenance, employee health and welfare, and deliver KPI targets for the client.
• Report to the Division Manager and coordinate with site leadership to optimize field operations.

Reporting to the Division Manager, the Project Superintendent has responsibility for the operations of Acuren at the customer site. This includes but is not limited to compliance (safety, QA, radiation safety, rope access), contract maintenance, employee health and welfare, obligations of performance deliverables, and KPI’s to the client. The Project Superintendent will oversee and provide direction for all Acuren crews working onsite.

Certified or previously certified in NDT methods, and have a working knowledge of each methods strength and limitations to ensure the proper craft type is being utilized for the job scope requirements a plus

Experience with quality and safety

Be familiar with current codes and procedures needed to properly perform inspections and interpret results
