Acuren is seeking a Project Superintendent to support our Borger, TX operations. The role focuses on inspection, safety, and quality, overseeing on-site crews and ensuring contract performance and KPIs for the client.

Ideal candidates are local to Borger, TX or nearby, with a drive to relocate if necessary. The position requires strong leadership, safety compliance, and knowledge of quality control in field inspections.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' inspection industry experience.
• Experience with safety programs and QA.
• Familiarity with codes and procedures for inspections.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations and crews at client sites.
• Maintain daily logs and report to management.
• Lead site meetings with clients, vendors and staff.
• Manage materials, schedules, staffing, and equipment needs.
• Ensure project scope is followed and manage change orders.
