Job summary

ACUREN is seeking a Project Superintendent to support operations in Borger, TX and surrounding areas. The role focuses on inspection, safety, and quality, coordinating onsite crews and ensuring compliance with safety and QA standards.

Reporting to the Division Manager, you will oversee all crews, manage contract obligations, and drive performance metrics at the customer site. Local candidates preferred and relocation is possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' inspection industry experience.
• Hold industry-related certifications and licenses.
• Mechanical integrity experience required.
• Certified in or familiar with NDT methods; understand strengths and limitations.
• Experience with quality and safety.
• Familiar with current codes and procedures for inspections.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct Acuren crews onsite at the customer site, ensuring compliance with safety, QA, and radiation safety requirements.
• Manage contract maintenance, employee health and welfare, and deliver KPI targets for the client.
• Report to the Division Manager and coordinate with site leadership to optimize field operations.
