Job summary

Acuren is recruiting for a Project Superintendent to support our Borger, TX operations. The role focuses on inspection, safety, and quality, overseeing on-site crews and ensuring compliance with safety and QA standards.

The candidate should have at least 3 years of inspection experience, relevant certifications, and knowledge of NDT methods to ensure proper craft utilization and project success. Local candidates in Borger, TX or nearby are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ inspection industry experience.
• Hold industry related certifications and licenses to support project field requirements.
• Mechanical integrity experience required.
• Certified or previously certified in NDT methods and knowledge of strengths/limitations.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations at the customer site and oversee Acuren crews on site.
• Attend site meetings with clients, vendors, and staff.
• Coordinate materials, schedules, staffing, and equipment needs.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are followed.
• Manage site safety and performance of personnel.
