Job summary

Seamline Pacific Builders, Inc in Lynden, WA, is seeking a hands-on Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on a light industrial project. This full-time, on-site role reports to the Project Executive and oversees day-to-day supervision from mobilization through closeout.

You will manage day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, and maintain reports and schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Strong subcontractor management and field leadership skills.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification.
• Working knowledge of project scheduling tools (MS Project, P6).
• Clear, proactive communicator with field and office teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day field operations, sequencing, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors across all trades.
• Enforce jobsite safety and quality control standards.
• Maintain daily reports, manpower logs, and look-ahead schedules.
• Participate in OAC meetings.
• Identify and elevate schedule, cost, or scope risks to the Project Executive.
• Lead project closeout, punch list, and turnover.

About the Role

Seamline Pacific Builders is seeking a hands-on Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on a light industrial project in Lynden, WA.
