Job summary

Nox Group is seeking a Project Superintendent to support data center and mission-critical construction projects. You will lead site activities, coordinate safety, QA/QC, and collaborate with project managers to maintain schedules and budgets.

Ideal candidates bring proven field leadership, strong communication, and proficiency with Office tools. This safety-sensitive role requires OSHA 30 and a commitment to building high-quality facilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures corporate safety and quality plans are aligned with project-specific requirements and is implemented throughout the duration of the project.
• Responsible for job site safety and work closely with the Safety team to ensure project safety plans align with Corbins, the customers and industry standards.
• Supports Foreman and Field Superintendents directly to ensure their responsibilities are met.
• Responsible for the quality of all site production while working closely with the QA/QC department to develop the project QA/QC execution plans.
• Drive a strong working relationship with Safety, Virtual Construction, QA/QC, and Human Resources to ensure the project team is operating at its full capacity and maintaining Corbins’ policies.
• Partners closely with the Project Manager to ensure labor projections are accurate and the project is adhering to the schedule.
• Leads the development of comprehensive project plans, incorporating all requirements, constraints, and opportunities.
• Strategically develops Field Superintendents and Foreman by mentoring and holding them accountable to their managerial responsibilities.
• Builds rapport with each customer by displaying integrity, honesty and transparency while mitigating risks and upholding contracts.
